Is there a monthly subscription?
No. RentSync is free to join and only earns from the service fee on completed bookings.
When do I get my deposit back?
The deposit is released after the host confirms the item was returned in good condition.
When are hosts paid?
Payouts are released once the rental completes and the return is confirmed — minus the 10% platform fee.
